Ramón Ramirez is a journalist from Austin, Texas and RTNN’s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. For 10 years, he served as an editor at the Daily Dot, most recently as its managing editor.
His work has appeared in the Austin American-Statesman, Washington Post, Washington City Paper, Grantland, and more. At the peak of his Dot tenure, his newsroom enjoyed a high of 166 million monthly pageviews across platforms such as Google Discover and Apple News.

Ryan Heckert is RTNN’s co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer and has been in the digital publishing and ad tech space for the last 20 years. He was one of the first employees of early 2000s, Austin-based ad network Red McCombs Media (which was acquired by broadcast news company LIN Media, and later by Nexstar Media Group), where he spent a combined 13 years. Upon his departure, he joined The Daily Dot in 2019 to overhaul their existing ad tech infrastructure.

Eilish O’Sullivan is The Real Time News Network’s Executive Director. She specializes in analyzing viewer metrics to make tried-and-true editorial decisions as well as identifying and packaging stories that resonate with a wide-reaching audience.
Whether it’s on news aggregators or content feeds, Eilish’s goal throughout her six years of editorial experience has always been to have impactful journalism meet readers where they already are.
Before joining The Real Times News Network, she served as a newsroom leader at The Daily Dot. Eilish holds a degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
Anna María is on retainer as RTNN’s Chief Analyst Consultant. A Bachelor’s graduate of the UT Austin journalism school and a Master’s recipient of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, Anna María has spent her career working in both media and entertainment. Her sharp editorial eye, curatorial instincts, and talent for securing virality and audience-building traffic has secured her nearly a decade of work in writing, editing, site creation, audience engagement, social strategy, production, on-camera content, and more.
Anna María joined the Real Time News Network at the ground floor after working for seven years at the Daily Dot. She is also a producer-actor working across the London fringe and West End.
Claire Goforth is an award-winning journalist, attorney, and the Chief Legal Counsel of the Real Time News Network.
